Tuesday 14th November 2023, 18:30 - 19:30   Icebreaker 

At the end of Day 2 of the Workshop, an Icebreaker will be offered to all participants in Big Hall. 

The shuttle bus service will be provided at the end of the icebreaker from ESA-ESRIN to Frascati Piazza Marconi. 

Wednesday 15th November 2023, 19:00 - 22:00  No-hosted Dinner

At the end of Day 3 of the Workshop, a buffet dinner will be served in the ESRIN Canteen. 

The dinner price is 40€ pp and it includes water, soft drinks, red and white wine, coffee. Please be aware you will be able to pay by cash or credit card. An ATM machine is close by the Canteen area, should you need it.
